Purchased label but shipped via other method

I purchased the label, downloaded it to my phone, went to post office, and somehow the postal clerk made a mistake and threw my label away. I didn't know how to change this on ebay, so I just ended up shipping it on my own. I tracked it and confirmed the item was delivered to buyer. But ebay of course still shows item was shipped but not delivered. How do I fix this?

Hi @josierev71

You needed to manually add the tracking number from the new label you purchased via the ADD function on the sold item. Try doing that now if you have the receipt from the Post Office.

Without valid tracking your funds will be on hold for up to 3 days: Transaction holds | eBay
