Purchased items still has not arrived
I purchased a guitar from China over five months ago and it still has not arrived. I am trying to find out how to get help from eBay to step in.
I opened a complaint and the seller told me the guitar would be here in a few days, but I had to close the complaint or they would be forced by eBay to not ship it to me and to issue a refund. I decided to give them another chance so I closed the complaint, and I still have not received the guitar. So I closed the complaint and now there is no way for me to get help from eBay. Anybody have any ideas?

Mentor11 months agoYou will need to go to your payment source and ask for a charge back. Most credit/debit cards will only allow you 180 days from payment to do this (some have a shorter time limit). So do this now.
