Purchase items sent to wrong address , seller tried got back to me however purchased as a guest , do not have a account

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account. For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay, or else right click on the link and choose to open the link in a private or incognito browser window.
