Purchased items not forwarded
He told mew he would send them to me and I would pay him for postage. He has not done that and refuses to. Now what do I do

I assume you are the buyer since you didn't tell us that. When did you make the purchase? Did you pay for the purchase including shipping? On what date?
If you seller won't ship, have they told you why?
When you submit a payment to a seller you are required to supply the seller with a ship to address. Sellers are required by Ebay to ship to the address you give them on your payment.
