Purchased item that is a fake and seller will not refund
I purchased an item that was advertised as a Tiffany Sterling Silver Charm but it is a fake. I contacted seller and she will not allow me to return it for refund. She said “take it up with eBay”. I tried but am not having any luck finding an email or phone number for customer service

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
Filing an Item Not as Described case will trump the seller's no returns policy. S/he has to accept the return or fully refund you and not require return of the item.
