Purchased item taken down for policy violation

Question

Hi, I purchased an item for $800 on March 5th and the tracking shows that the item is on its way to authentication center. I went back to look at the item again to show my mom and it’s not there. Days after purchase, it was taken down for policy violation. This is odd. Has anyone had this happen?

Hi. Policy violations do happen. They are done to protect you the buyer and the ebay community at large. If you have not received a refund you can open an "Item Not Received Case." HERE is how to do that.
