Purchased item shows paid from buyer but it has not arrived and item number does not exist in my eba

Question

purchased item paid in full. Have proof from seller. Item never arrived. Seller won't respond. Ebay won't open a page to contact them because the don't show I bought it. Help.

The account you are currently signed in to was just created yesterday.

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase.
