Purchased item, seller never shipped it, now account is deleted.

Question

I bought an item, the seller collected my money, and for nearly a week it hasn't been shipped. I then noticed that the seller's account was removed. How do I get a refund? All that I can do is submit a cancellation request, but that is useless because it gets sent to the no longer existent seller.

eBay's money back guarantee still applies even if the seller has been removed from eBay.
