Purchased item, received confirmation but now there's no record of transaction
I purchased an item yesterday on e-bay and subsequently received a order confirmation. My bank account confirms funds were withdrawn for the purchase. When I click on the confirmation today there's a message that the order cannot be found. Please advise.
