Purchased item not showing in "purchases"
I bought something, arrived yesterday. It isn't in my purchase history so ebay doesn't recognize the purchase and I can get help for the item. Has this happened to anyone else? How can you get Ebay to address this?

Mentor3 years agoWas the item purchased in the last sixty days? That is the default view of your Purchase History. If the item was purchased longer ago, try viewing the entire year or searching your purchase history by title keyword.
Is it possible you purchased the item using a different eBay account, or as a guest?

OP3 years agoNope, I got confirmation email but when I click on the order nothing appears. I wanted to leave a review. The item I got was used ( a lot) and didn't work for me. I just donated the item. Should have thrown it away. I was able to see the sellers other items.... all trash if you look closely and no mention of being used and beat up.

If you were signed in to a different account than the one you used to make the purchase, any link in the confirmation email will not work properly.

You could have returned it for a refund. If you were unable to find the transaction in your eBay account you may have still had recourse through PayPal or your credit card.
