and never received but it shows shipped but it also show that it was delivered. I tried contacting the seller and they no longer have an account. I tried the search engine on ebay to click on the item that was never delivered and Ebay can't locate the item number. So is Ebay now allowing scammers on their website and approving this type of behavior. I am requesting a refund and Ebay need to provide better service for their customer. I am very disappointed with Ebay now I understand why so many people is forced to shop now with Amazon. I have been with Ebay over 10 years and it saddens me that I now am ready to leave Ebay and move to where my service is appreciative. Thank you kindly and I hope you can get this matter resolved.
