Purchased item doesn't work, but it's past it's return date
I ordered a new surgical light for my veterinary practice. Due to my own health problems, and subsequent surgery, I did not open the box or install the item until after ebay's return by date. The LED light head on the surgical light does not work. The seller is no longer an ebay seller and there are no comparable products listed. Is there any recourse for either a refund or return at this point? How can I report a seller who is no longer a seller, so that maybe this seller can't re-list again?

Mentor2 years ago@darkhorsevet1 Sorry that happened. There's no way to report the seller if they are no longer registered. Depending on the reason the sellers account was closed they may not be able to open a new one.
Your only option now is a credit card chargeback for an item that is significantly not as described.
