Purchased Item Did Not Work
I ordered a 4 pack of Frigidaire Water Filters. When they arrived, I tried to install one, but it would not install properly. I tried a second filter, and it worked just fine. I created a return request, and reached out to the seller. The seller asked me to withdraw my request, and that he would send me a replacement filter. I asked him today, when would my filter arrive. He told me that it was already delivered!! I did not receive it!! HELP!

Mentor3 years agoDid the seller send you the tracking number for the replacement? JUf so, take the tracking number down to your local post office and have them check their GPS system to see exactly where that package was delivered. If it was misdelivered, the USPS can try and retrieve the package.
