Purchased item been restricted
Hi there,
The historical item that I purchased been restricted and the Global Shipping Program giving me a full refund. That item actually was a gift from the top person in my country to the leader of another country in 1950s, It is so meaningful, a museum piece and heritage item to my country. This is the only change for me/us to bring it back. No room for me to appeal as a buyer accept a full refund from them. Did sent my message, but the response is too slow. I'm afraid they destroy that one and only item before the appealing process took place. What should I do next?

Mentor1 year agoThere is nothing that you can do if the Global Shipping Program restricted the item. It will not be delivered to you so they fully refunded you. The item is actually sold domestically by the GSP to recover what they paid to you.

OP1 year agoOuch, so sad. how about if I get a top person form my country/government agency to get involve, with a prove saying that we need to preserve it?
