Purchased item as guest..need refund and having hard time.
The seller said to contact EBAY but that is hard to contact someone directly. I just want my refund and the seller said dont worry your money is safe. I know that too because of the money back guarantee but how can ebay step in and help as I have all the information necessary.

Find the confirmation email you were sent after purchasing the item. There is a link unit to open a return request.

So I can't click on said item....:(

And are you certain you’re looking at the ‘guest email’?
