Purchased item
I purchased an item..have heard nothing from seller. Contacted and told them no communication istroubling, cancel order. Now I see order is being sent, still no communication BUT it doesn't appear in my summary. Wondering if seller can go ghost or something?? Thanks

Mentor1 year agoSellers are not required to provide tracking or respond to questions, though obviously many sellers will do so as a matter of good customer service.
Sellers are also not required to cancel just because a buyer requests it, particularly if the item has already shipped. Tracking may not always be updated in a timely fashion, so the fact that you did not see tracking did not necessarily mean the item had not already shipped.
What does not appear in your summary, exactly?
