Question

Iâ€™m having an issue with this seller not answering me on this product I purchased from them that now after I paid for the item and it showed they made a shipping label they realized that they were not getting the amount of money they wanted for the item. They are not answering my emails to them and they have not cancelled and sent me a return on my money that I have already paid them.

Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly.

If your package is late arriving this is what you do to receive a refund:

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
