Question

I have been trying for several days to return this defective phone, but going through the procedure to refund me the last section after giving reasons and showing photos does not allow me to proceed forward by selecting "Confirm". What is going on why can I not proceed further on. This is an over $500 I-phone and I already contacted the seller, but Ebay doesn't let me go through the refund procedure.

@markgalea1 After selecting the reason and uploading photos, you must also add a comment in order to activate the button.

What is the seller's refund policy, and what reason did you select for wanting to return the item?
