Purchased Item — No Email Confirmation
Purchased some soccer cleats yesterday paid with my CC — unsure if I was logged in or if it was a guest checkout. But shows pending on my CC statement and nothing in my purchases (again unsure if it was a guest checkout) — is there anyway for me to confirm this item is legit and being sent. Please help!

Mentor8 months agoIs it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
