purchased Inauthentic item
I purchased a card that I submitted to PSA for grading.....the card came back as "Inauthentic". I purchased the card on eBay 6+ months ago (well past the 90 day return window). Do I have any recourse to get a refund given that this card is not authentic? Appreciate any feedback/help!

Mentor10 months agoUnfortunately the eBay Money Back Guaranty for trading cards is only good for three days from receipt of the card. So eBay will not help you in any way after this time has passed. You are probably past the deadline for asking your payment source for a charge back as this is usually no more than 180 days from payment.
Your only option is to sue the seller but would have to prove they knew the card was not authentic when they sold it to you.
