Purchased gift card from dollar general and balance says 0
I purchased a gift card from Dollar General and when I got ready to use it, I scratch the barcode and check the balance and had a zero balance. I have the receipt and the gift card. What do I need to do?

Mentor3 years agoIf it has been at least 4 hours since the purchase, you need to take the card and receipt back to the retail store. The clerk may not have activated the card correctly.
