Purchased from several sellers
Have ordered the same xxl arm sleeves from different sellers. After the purchase is completed, they are out of stock, and I have to wait for a refund. What action or steps does ebay take to stop this false advertising for items they don't have. 1 time I can understand, but I've ordered 8 different times with the item not being available. Now my money is tied up and I still don't have the items I need for a medical condition. This seems like a scam and I'm sure it's not legal. I believe it's called mail fraud. I loose the use and interest on my money, not to mention my time to check with my bank, and make sure I received a full refund including the taxes charged for phantom itemsĀ
