Purchased collectible cards, sent to PSA, received altered rating
I purchased collectible baseball cards from a reputable seller. I sent the cards to PSA for grading. PSA returned them back after 3 months stating they would not encapsulate or grade them due to alterations. The seller did not advise of alterations in their auctions. Since it took more than 3 months for PSA to render their decision, I’m past eBay’s return option. In total, I’m out nearly $800 between the auction, taxes, and PSA’s fees. The seller has not responded to my eBay messages. Any suggestions?
