Purchased but already sold. literally thereâ€™s no one to talk to only chat bots in eBay lol

Question

I ordered an Alexander McQueen hoodie from a seller. I believe in the UK. I purchased a full out, but then the seller told me he already sold it a while ago, but had forgotten to delete or cancel the posting.

now I went to cancel the purchase and it was denied. I reached out to the seller who has not replied to me yet. What can I do?

Here is how to formally request a refund of your full payment:

1) Look at your purchase history here: https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase

- View Order Details

- Check the Estimated Delivery Date for your purchase, and

- Check the tracking for your purchase

When it is past the estimated delivery date (and there is no tracking, or the tracking doesnâ€™t show that is close to delivery):
