Purchased as Guest - Item not arriving

Question

i purchased as a guest and now have a login and i can’t find my purchase in purchase history.

I want to inquire why it has been 2 weeks and the order doesn’t say it has gone into tracking mode.

Tried to contact seller on Friday and today is Tuesday.

Whether you purchased as a Guest intentionally or accidentally here is what we advise:

First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay

On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.

For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your eBay account, then use the link in the email you received from eBay regarding that transaction. If you cannot find the email, see here:
