purchased as a guest, need to do return, seller link not working

Question

I purchased an item, via guest account, that i need to return. I received an email with a button to push to get the mailing label. The link is broken. I just set up ebay account but since my purchase was made as a guest, there is no record of purchase linked to my account. I messaged ebay saying i need the link resent to me, no reply. not sure what to do now....help!

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account. For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay, or else right click on the link and choose to open the link in a private or incognito browser window.
