Purchased an item on 3 August and now it is 7 August and the item has not been shipped
I purchased an item on 3 August now it is 7 August and the item hasn’t been shipped. What is my options?

If they have a 5 day handling time, they have three more days to ship it.

Mentor3 years agoA weekend was included in those dates. Shipping days for eBay are business days, so Saturday and Sunday and holidays are not included. What is the seller's handling time? Depending on what time you purchased, tomorrow might just be day 2.

Go to your Order Details and look at the estimated date of delivery.
When that date has passed by 24 hours without receiving your item, you can file a Refund Request, according to Ebay's Money Back Guarantee.

Wait one day past the original estimated delivery date and file a claim that you did not receive the item. Do this through your Purchase history. Follow the instructions int he claim and it will lead to an eventual refund. You do not have to contact the Seller.
