Purchased an item description is wrong.
The other day, I purchased an item. I purchased it after reading the description of the item. I thought it was an excellent price. So I bought the item afterwards I realized that what they had pictured was not the same thing that was in the description. The title was correct, but the description was wrong. I have asked for the Seller to Cancel the sale and have received no response whatsoever. They haven't printed the label they haven't shipped it nothing. When and how can I get my money back. The item is not as described, but The seller hasn't even sent it out, yet
