Purchased an item at $275.00 which was the full price with make offer.
Paid $275.00 the full price of an item with make an offer. I made 5 offers with no response so I paid the full price. E bay gave me a 20 percent coupon which I tried to use to no avail. I contacted e bay numerous times for my $55.00 credit. The value of my coupon was not to exceed $400.00 NO RESTRICTIONS WERE MENTIONED. After calling numerous times about this and 4 days and 4 hours later I was told. Mr. Harold K. I CAN MEET YOUR REQUEST BUT CAN ONLY CREDIT YOU $15.00.. My requested amount IS #55.00. Did you get this...I can MEET YOUR REQUEST BUT only give you a $15.00 credit. AS OF THIS RESPONSE I REFUSE ....REPEAT REFUSE TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH E BAY UNTIL I GET MY $55.00 IN MONEY. NO COUPON NO CREDIT I WANT A CASH REFUND OF $55.00 credit as PROMISED.

What was the fine print on the coupon? Was the item eligible for the coupon to be appiied?
