PURCHASED AN EXTRA SHIPPING LABEL BY MISTAKE
I am a brand new seller on ebay. I somehow purchased two shipping labels and cannot cancel one. I have already used one of the labels and the item is on it's way but my account was charged for two shipping labels and also it shows that the item was shipped two times. can anyone help. I am so frustrated that ebay does not have any way to help me.

We are given 28 days to void/ cancel an unused shipping label. It usually takes 2-4 weeks to receive a refund from USPS. They first must make sure the label hasn’t been used.
[eBay doesn’t handle refunds for unused shipping labels, so there’s no point in contacting them about it.]

Mentor9 months agoYou find the unused shipping label in your shipping label list. When you click on cancel the shipping carrier must see that the label was not used which takes 21 days. eBay will let you know when the carrier allows the refund.
