Purchased an expensive Item can’t get my money back or the item.
I just purchased a $100 item. This was my first time on eBay in years and I had the wrong address selected. As soon as I saw that it was wrong i cancelled the order within a minute. Now I can’t get a refund and don’t know what to do. Can someone help me

Mentor4 months agoBuyers cannot cancel their orders, they can only REQUEST that the seller cancel the transaction.
If the seller does not cancel the transaction, you will have to follow through with the transaction.
For future orders, make sure your shipping address is correct: https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses

OP4 months agoSo I understand that but I will never receive the item in the first place to return it because I had the wrong address selected. Thank you for your response you're the first person I have been able to discuss this with.
