Purchased a product and did not receive
I recently purchased a product. The money left my bank account and the package sat at my local FedEx hub for about a week. This hub is about 2 hours away from me and the packaged wasn't even able to be picked up yet (delivery was not attempted). I asked the seller if they could look into it and they said that they would. I never got an answer back after that. I just saw that the package was delivered back to the seller. I went to get a refund, but the order isn't even under my "purchases" tab on my profile. This was my first eBay purchase so I'm having trouble figuring out what I can do.
any suggestions?
