Purchased a one year subscription to WSJ print and digital from "Only If It's Cheap" .

Question

Seller won't resume delivery after a hold and doesn't respond to messages to resume delivery.

E-Bay customer service won't help and WSJ says I have to contact seller who doesn't respond.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you paid through Pay Pal, they give you 180 days to open a case or contact your credit card.
