purchased a HERO pill dispenser and It will not function because it needs to be checked by the manuf
When I purchased this thing i thought it would function stand alone . Well after researching this item and talking with the manufacture come to find out these items are not owned by anyone but are leased and need a phone app to function. I down loaded the app. and when i finished with the app and all the requirements I ended up having to lease a HERO so I started a subscription. They the manufacture stated I would be receiving my HERO in a few weeks.
So the one I purchased I cant use because they said It would have to be inspected by a tech. and would need to be turned in because it is a leased item. I could not even use it because I dont know if it functions properly and hero needs it back before it can be leased again. So i told the seller I wanted a refund she said no , and i should have researched before buying it. and closed my return **bleep**?
