Purchased a Fake Pokemon Card
I purchased the following card from this vendor and it turns out that they sent me a fake Pokemon Card. I would like to find out how I should proceed as they require the buyer to pay for return shipping but the card is a worthless piece of paper and it makes no sense paying to return fraudulent paper. How do I receive my refund and where do I go from here without sinking more money into this transaction?

If the item is "not as described" you need to start a "not as described" return (within three days of receiving it for cards, but within thirty days for most other categories). You will have to provide a picture of the item and a couple of sentences of text about the issue.
If the seller does not refund you or provide a prepaid return shipping label you should be able to ask eBay to step in after three business days. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days but before twenty-one business days has passed.

Past three days, you may still have some recourse through your payment method; contact your credit or debit card issuer for details.
