Hello, I need help. I purchased a cell phone and all I got was a piece of paper. The seller is no longer on eBay It looks like and I cannot reach anybody by phone to talk to .

eBay has a money back guarantee for items that are "not as described", even if the seller is no longer registered. Find the transaction in your Purchase History, select "Return this item" under "More actions, and follow the instructions.
