purchased a card and the one I received is a fake
hello, I’m looking for a little help. I purchased a card and the one I received a week and a half late came in as a fake to confirm my suspicion I went to a couple reputable high-end Pokémon card shops and they also confirmed it is fake. I contacted eBay with the seller and I was sent a return shipping label. This is where it gets a little fishy because the return label that I was sent does not match the package that was delivered to me for instance, the one sent to me was from a seller in Illinois and the one I was just sent for return is asking for it to be sent to Hawaii. OK whatever I’ll send it anywhere right? Now I take it to the post office after taking time on my lunch break to package it up and resend it and now the post office is telling me this return shipping label is fraudulent. I’m having a really frustrating time with this and cannot figure out how to talk to someone with eBay directly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The best thing to do is to open a return request. Then if the seller provides a bad label again, eBay can force the refund.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. In the comments enter not authentic.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he cannot send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
