Purchased a blocked apple watch
I bought an Apple Watch on eBay in December 2025. The seller delayed shipping it (because they were moving), even though they knew I needed it quickly because I was going on a trip, and I contacted them several times to let them know. The product arrived after I had already left on my trip. My wife received it, and since I no longer needed it, I opened a claim to return it, claiming I no longer needed it. The return was denied by the seller. A few weeks ago, I returned from my trip and tried to pair the watch with my iPhone, but it says the Apple Watch is still linked to the previous owner's iCloud account and therefore won't let me pair it. I proceeded to write to the seller, and after more than two weeks (April 11, 2026), she replied saying that her phone (the one paired with my Apple Watch) had been stolen and that she couldn't find the book where she had written down the passwords because she was moving (again, suspicious). I keep writing to her to see if she's found the passwords, but she doesn't respond. What can I do, knowing that I've already exhausted eBay's refund options and that several months have passed? I dont know how to contact ebay, the bot automatically ends the conversation.

Since you cannot open another return request through eBay, contact your credit card issuer. Ask them to open a dispute for an item not as described.
