Purchased a $.78 ebay USPS shipping label for an item resembles a silver dollar in weight & feel. I want to change to USPS ground advantage that offers tracked shipping before posting the item. I expect to pay the difference.
Item weighs less than 1 ounce and qualifies for the under $20 purchase price. But I'm afraid that it will be perceived in transit as a silver dollar, and the item will not be delivered to buyer.

If you purchased an eBay standard envelope shipping label and did not print it you can void it and get a refund. If you printed it out then it becomes non refundable. Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. A USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on this page.

To purchase another label for ground advantage go back to the order and in the options menu is get another label. You can change the package details, carrier and service then purchase. If you don't see the option to make changes look for a link to switch to the advanced labels page.
