Purchased 4 items. Buyer could not figure out how to combine shipping. Need partial shipping refund how?
I purchased 4 trading cards from the same buyer. Had requested these be shipped in the same box which he stated they are. I was charged for 4x shipping costs and would like to know how do I go about asking eBay to adjust the invoice so I can get some of the shipping cost back?

OP3 weeks agoI did and the seller stated he is contacting eBay. Just wanted to know if there's anything else on my end I can do. I believe there is a slight language barrier. Thanks for the answer

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you are dealing with an inexperienced seller, they may not be aware of how to do this. But it is really simple, so hopefully they won't over think it. You might want to share this link with them.

Mentor3 weeks agoNot really. The seller received all the money, so they’re the one who needs to issue the refund. And it’s very easy to do, as I do it whenever someone combines and the shipping is cheaper.
