Purchased 3 cd's, one incorrect, asked to return, seller stated they would ship item, closed return,
bought oct 1 one of three was incorrect, started return, seller said they would ship item, closed return should have shipped last week, sent reminder oct 22, asked if it shipped sat oct 25, no reply. What can I do? want to return and get refund.
