Purchased 2nd Label by Mistake

Question

I purchased two labels with separate tracking numbers. I didn't realize I had even done this until I noticed the item didn't show delivered and enough time had passed. The correct tracking number shows it was delivered and I confirmed with the customer and everything is fine. The other tracking number shows USPS is waiting on the item. I called the post office and told them the situation and that I needed to cancel the tracking number but it still shows in the system. Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this. And is it possible to get credit for the second label? Thanks in advance.

Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.

- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.

The refund for the unused label will come about 21 days.
