I purchased a order for mattresses in a box now the sell it not available or anything its post to be here on the 24 of April but it has not ship yet the seller is no longer available it's like they vanished how can I get my money back if they don't send my order and the fact you can't contact the sey

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€

By the way, the seller cannot "vanish" if they have had a recent sale.
