Purchased 2 label Not Scanning at Kiosk/Counter Msg "cannot be accepted here"
Hi, I need help I have an order that i have purchased 2 labels for now and both are giving me a message at the post office self kiosk "Your item cannot be accepted here. For further assistance, please take your article to a post office counter during regular business hours." I went to the counter and the clerk told me she can't do anything about it. please provide assistance as this has never happened to me before. Thank you.

Not sure what the issue is but it may be specific to that Buyer's address. Try buying a label at the counter for the shipment and see what happens. You will have to take the receipt home and manually add the tracking number if that works. If that does not work then you will need to cancel the transaction using the reason "Problem with address" and let the Buyer know their address is failing.
You can Cancel those two labels you purchased on this page up to 28 days from date of purchase and your account will be credited in 21 days or less. Track and manage your shipments
