Purchase was defective
I purchased a DVD as a Guest, and it was defective. I have tried to navigate all the automated pages on the website, with no success. I don't want a refund. I want a DVD that works. How do I talk with an actual person?

We are actual people. Get over the idea that you are going to get a replacement DVD from the seller. Chances are good that was the only copy of that title they had.
First get your refund then find the DVD you want from a different seller. That is all you can do. The link below explains how to get a refund for a guest purchase.
