Purchase took money but didn’t go to the seller
I just purchased an item and it instantly charged my card but the seller didmt get the money. Its mot on my recent purchases nor buy agains. So I can’t get a refund because its not on my recent purchases but it took from my card.

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file an Item Not Received case.
