Purchase stuck at authentication
I purchased an item, redemption for dual auto booklet. Item was shipped by seller and went to authentication where it was received and marked as classified incorrect and nothing has happened since. It’s been days sitting there. Item took one day to get there. How can I push to get an update or get the item to be shipped back out by authentication?
