Purchase refusal

Question

Iâ€™m getting a message that says buyer does not permit multiple purchases within 10 days of each other. Iâ€™ve waited 10 days now twice and I never purchased the item before. I donâ€™t understand the issue

@suzkat118sh2 . This is a setting in the sellers account. The seller needs to go to account settings in buyer requirements and uncheck the requirement. Or add you to their exclusion list. Have the seller come here if they need help with the steps.
