Purchase refunded 7/17/25; got email 8/6/25 saying my item was delivered — but there was no delivery
I won a pair of earrings on 6/26/25. Never received my order although a USPS tracking number was issued. Received a refund from ebay on or about 7/17/25 after I received no replies to three ebay messages to the seller. Today (8/6/25) I got an ebay email this morning saying my item was out for delivery, and in the last hour got another ebay message saying my item was delivered — but I had no delivery. What’s going on? Has anyone else had this situation occur?
