Purchase receipt missing,seller gone
I bought some 4th gen. AirPods some months back in 2025.they were listed as brand new and when arrived I left a positive review because all was going well so far.Turns out they were defective and the right earbud broke.Ive been trying to find the seller but they are gone,vanished,the purchase receipt isn’t there and when looking at all purchases they don’t show up! Paid around 60$ for these,very disappointing.Cant even get a refund

Mentor8 months agoSorry that this happened. However, eBay's money back guaranty is only good for 30 days from receipt of the item. eBay cannot help you after this time has passed. Depending on when in 2025 you made the purchase there maybe a chance that your payment source can help. The usual limit for a charge back is no more than 180 days from purchase.
